Anti-bullying Week 2024

Date: 15th Nov 2024 @ 1:37pm

This week is 'Anti-bullying Week' even though here at Wardley every week is anti-bullying week.

The children have been discussing what bullying means and the many different ways in which someone can be bullied.

Our children have shown us that they will not stand for bullying and that they know exactly what to do if they or somone they knows is being bullied.

The wonderful B Tales came to visit again to perform their anti-bullying show to the junior children which focused on the theme of Respect & Freinship - two of our Wardley Ways.

The children and staff also came into school on Tuesday wearing odd socks to promote the concept that it is ok to be different!

In PSHE lessons this week, children have generated anti-bullying posters of which some will be displayed around the school as a constant and clear message to everyone.
