Bikeability

A large number of our Year 5 children completed Bikeability  - the government’s national cycle training programme.
It aims to help children learn practical skills and understand how to cycle on today’s roads.
They spent a number of sessions gaining confidence cycling round obstacles on the playground before safely showing off their newly acquired skills round the estate and beyond.
‘Perfect’ was the way the instructors described the children’s behaviour. They represented Wardle superbly.
Well done, Year 5.
