Friday 1st May

Date: 1st May 2020 @ 8:41am

Good morning Year 4!

I hope you have had a good week. I did my 5km run yesterday for charity and managed a time of 27 minutes and 39 seconds which is one of my quickest times! I was very tired and had an extremely red face but I enjoyed pushing myself. Have you done anything recently where you had to push yourself harder than usual?

Every Friday I will be doing some shoutouts to the children who have impressed me with their work this week.

Superstar Shoutouts!

Mathletics- Brooke, Ava S, Hannah May, Naomi, Jay and Mia! Brilliant maths work this week, well done!

Times Tables Rockstars- well done to Naomi and Emilia who are the top of our Year 4 leaderboard! Also, to Mollie and Charlie who are making lots of progress, super work.

Spellodrome- well done to Shea who has an amazing 3000 points! Wow!

Writing- I have been very impressed with all of Erin's writing, you have tried very hard and produced some great work. Good girl!

Creative work- well done to Archie! You have been very creative and I have been blown away by some of the things you have created, superb work!

Well done to all the children who added to the discussion too, I have really enjoyed reading them.

I have set two more Mathletics tasks for you to do. There are still your times tables, spellodrome and the writing tasks available too. Remember, just do as much as you can, take lots of breaks ad have lots of fun too.

Have a brilliant weekend Year 4!
