Girls' Football Match

Last night saw the first match for our girls' football team.

I wanted to take a moment to highlight the fantastic performance. It was inspiring to see how much enjoyment they each gained from playing, and to see how much determination and teamwork was on display. 

They played with great enthusiasm, showed remarkable skill, and most importantly, supported each other throughout the game.  I couldn’t be prouder of their efforts.  

A big thank you to all the parents and carers for your support, and a huge thank you to those adults who donated/lent boots and shinpads.  Your encouragement, whether on the sidelines or at home, plays a huge part in their development.

We are now part of a league - more games will be arranged for after Christmas.  We look forward to what the rest of the season holds and are excited to see these young players continue to thrive.
