Good Morning Year 5
Even in lockdown, the weekends go fast!
I am in school again later this week so I will contact more parents to see how you are getting on. Don't worry if I have not contacted your family, I am making my way through the list.
You must not feel like they have to be doing all the work I set, do what works for your situation, and please do not feel under pressure. I know many of you, who are not uploading work onto School Spider, are doing lots of learning at home. If you want to let me know what you have been up to, leave a comment online. I would love to hear about it.

Mathletics
Monday 4th May - This is the last two activities of the Multiply and Divide Mental unit. Please complete ‘Bar Model ×÷’ and ‘the end of unit test’
The remaining three days of the week will see us start the Multiply and Divide Written unit of work.

There is a new list of Year 5 National Curriculum words for you to learn.
Class discussion
The class discussion has been changed. We had some well thought out comments about the dangers of being famous last week. This week, I would like your thoughts on lockdown. The deadline for this is Thursday 7th May.
Craft project
There is a new craft project on School Spider. The deadline for this is Monday 11th May.
