Happy Tuesday,

Hope you are all getting on with the on-line learning I have set. Don’t forget that you all have individual phonics books to be getting on with, so you could always do a page from those too.

Yesterday, me and Freddie did some baking and went on a lovely walk to the field at the bottom of our road. I used Freddie’s reins that Mrs Conlon gave us and he didn’t like them at all. At one point he was flying through the air like Superman and I couldn’t stop laughing.

We have put a teddy bear in Freddie’s bedroom window because some of the local children are going on a bear hunt with their mums and dads as their daily exercise. Why don’t you do the same? 

Maths

I hope you all had fun creating your Numicon number lines, I know my niece did and she sent me a lovely picture.

Today, I would like you to use the number line to find one more and one less of any number your adult gives you. As a little added extra I would like you to write the answers down in your yellow books, remembering correct formation.

After this, I would like you all to find these numbers on the 100 square I gave you a few weeks ago; 33, 52, 89 and 100. Can you write down one more and one less of those numbers too as an extra challenge?
