Today year 4 have visited Tatton park to explore the turbulent world of the Anglo-Saxons and Vikings. We travelled back to the 10th Century AD and arrived at the settlement just after a Viking raid had taken place on the Anglo-Saxon territory. We learnt how to make bread from scratch, items of clothing, weapons, shields and perfected our battle cries! Well done year 4, as always, you made me very proud! x
