Hello children :-)

Welcome to Reception!

I hope that you are all looking forward to coming back to school in September and starting Reception. Miss Hargreaves has told me lots of wonderful things about you all and I can't wait to get started. We are going to have lots of fun and learn lots of new and exciting things together!

Since you will be in Reception, you will be in a brand new classroom filled with all sorts of new toys and things to do. You will also have new teachers. They will be Miss Walsh who met most of you during your visits to school, Mrs Conlan and Mrs Marshall - both of these teachers popped into Nursery lots of times this year and so you will know them.

I have attached some photographs of your new classroom so that you can have a look at them before September. You will notice that some things are the same as in Nursery, such as the bugs carpet and the writing area. There are lots of new things too, such as a new home corner and a new crafting area. I am sure that when you start in September, you will enjoy exploring your new classroom and looking around.

I hope that you all have a wonderful Summer filled with adventures. I'm looking forward to seeing you all in September :-)
