Good morning Year 6,

It looks like we're set for another sunny day. Yeah!

This will be the last blog until Monday as tomorrow we can have the day off to celebrate the 75th anniversary of VE Day. I hope that lots of you have got some special things planned - even if we do have to stay at home and socially distance. I have left Tom and George colouring in Union flags today so that we can put some bunting up tomorrow. 

I have added another writing task to the homework folder so please take a look when you get the time.

Thursday's Tasks:

1. Mathletics & Spellodrome

2. Complete this week's craft task of a VE day poster (in the homeowork folder)

3. Complete the first writing task - what is VE Day? (in the homeowork folder)

4. Add a comment to the discussion page

5. Complete this week's 5 A day

6. MNP is Unit 8, lesson 4: Comparing Quantities

7. Take a look at the new writing task and make a start

8. Reading - read for at least 20 minutes at some point today.

Have a great day guys and enjoy celebrating VE day tomorrow - I'll pick everything up on Monday as I'm in school today.
