Year 2 Update 05.05.20

Morning Year 2!

I have added a new Mathletics task for you to do today and don't forget about the list of all the other activities that you have access to (see Monday 04.05.20's blog for the whole list).  Remember that there is a deadline for each new Mathletics task of just one week and a deadline for each writing task of 4 days.

There was some fabulous writing last week and I enjoyed reading every one of them.  I can see that you are all trying to keep up with the skills that you have learnt in Year 2.  Well done and keep up the good work.

I have added a writing task to the homework page today.  I hope you will enjoy doing it.  It's based upon a traditional tale.  I can't wait to read your writing. 

Do what you can and then try and get out in the garden or for a walk/bike ride later as it is promising to be a lovely day.  Archie and I are going to do all our work and then go to the canal on a bike ride later.  I'm really looking forward to it, so am eager to get all our work completed so we can enjoy the sunshine in the early evening.
