Year 4 trip to Quarry Bank Mill!

We all had an amazing time on the trip last week!
The children learned lots about the mill and why it was built. They also got to have a go at some of the jobs that the children of the time were expected to do.
In the afternoon, we got to dip our feet in the River Bollin. We completed some experiments to find out about the speed and flow of the river.
The children were all exceptionally well behaved and a real credit to themselves! Well done Year 4!
