Year 6 Visit Old Trafford

On Monday 4th November, 2019, Year 6 visited the home of legends (so I'm told) Old Trafford. Here they learned about the Salford Blitz and how the area was affected. Old Trafford was a target of the Nazi raids and remained demolished for years...they had to train and play at Main Road!  As well as looking at all their cups, trophys and medals, the children also got to try on shirts worn by some of the world's greatest players. It was a wonderful day out!
